BBC Proms 2017
Full Programme of BBC Proms 2017 Revealed

The BBC Proms have announced their return to the Royal Albert Hall in 2017 for the 123rd season and have revealed the full programme of concerts from 14 July to 9 September in London.

Held primarily at the Royal Albert Hall, the BBC Proms is the world's most prestigious and longest-running classical music festival, always attracting an impressive selection of artists and orchestras from the UK and around the world.

The 2017 BBC Proms will also be a year of firsts in terms of audio quality, with the BBC making lossless audio quality recordings (FLAC format) of the concerts available to listen to on the main Proms website or on the BBC Radio 3 website.

General booking has been announced to start at 9am on Saturday 13 May, with tickets available to purchase from the Royal Albert Hall's website then.

For the most dedicated Prommers among you, don’t forget that customers who purchase tickets for at least five other concerts at the Royal Albert Hall are eligible to enter the Five-Concert Ballot and have a chance to attend the much-coveted extravaganza that is the Last Night of the Proms. An evening of great pomp and musical tomfoolery.

Take a look at some of the season highlights on the BBC website.
